    Sorting rows

    I have a customer list with column headings: Name, Address, City, Zip, State, & Card Type. There are 3 card types. Jeep, Chrysler, & Dodge. I need to filter it so I only see the customers with Jeep cards. How do I do that?

    Try the following...

    1) Select the data in your columns, including the headers

    2) Data > Filter > AutoFilter

    3) Click on the drop-down arrow in your 'Card Type' column

    4) Select the 'Card Type' of interest

    To see all your records again, select 'Show All' from the drop-down arrow in the same column.
