In a File 2 I would like to have File 2 read data from File 1 and
populate certain data.
This is the data in the File 2:

3 Eric Yellow 1.00 0.00
1.00 <-- (B3-C3)
End of File.
I would like to have File 2 only have data when Column D from File 1
has a number greater then 0.00. I hope this helps.
