RTD Problem

Hi, All:

I have an RTD Server written in .NET, components installed in GAC, locally.
On most machines installation works well, and the server returns data to
Excel as needed. On occasional instances, however, the data is not returned
by the RTD Server component to Excel, in fact I believe the component does
not get "activated?".

I notice that the DLL (.NET Assembly) containing RTD server IS loaded but
there are no errors, and the component does not "show" any activity.

I am running Excel 2003 in all cases.

Any ideas on how to track this problem?
