    We are looking for a quote log.

    We are trying to use Excel to keep track of quotations, any suggestions?

    we use excel to do this.Every time a quotation is requested we simply fill in
    a row with the persons name and address and other details.The A column has a
    column of numbers which becomes the quote number.The edit find function can
    be used to subsequently search for addresses or names to find the relevant
    quote number.I have written a simple macro to populate the quote cover sheet
    with the quotee,s details
