    Linked spreadsheets

    I have 2 workbooks in the spreadsheet. They are linked with a formula so that for example if a number in A1 is changed the number in A1 of the 2nd worksheet also changes.

    If I were to insert a row in the 1st worksheet, I would like the 2nd worksheet to also have a row inserted automatically. How do I do this?

    With Sheet1 visible, hold down the CTRL key and click the Sheet2 tab. Both tabs will now be highlighted. Whatever you to to Sheet1 will also be done on Sheet2.

    Note: When you are done making desired changes, make sure you "ungroup" the sheets (right click on either tab and select 'Ungroup Sheets'), else all further edits will be duplicated on the other sheet.
