trouble shooting section

i am doing I.T in school the unit is spreadsheet design and i have completed
my spreadsheet design but now i have to write up a trouble shooting section
how do i do that???

Try to imagine the most common questions your users could ask, put them down
and then write the answers. See also "faq" on Google.
