Save as a picture

I have a group of cells that contain names and numbers.

Column A has the name and column be has there score

Is there anyway of being able to select those cells only and save them as a
picture. I have tried to copy them and paste them into the Paint program and
save as a picture but it doesnt copy the exact formatting over.

Is there another alternative??

One way to do it is to copy the cells and open up Microsoft Word. Then select "Paste Special" from the edit menu. Select "bitmap". It will paste the cells as a picture. You can paste this picture into "paint" if you need to.

Of course, I have no problem copying the cells and directly pasting into "paint". What formatting are you using that is not copying over?

Select the group of cells.

Hold SHIFT Key and Edit>Copy Picture.

Paste to Paint.
