File won't open after hiding rows

I had a spreadsheet that I hid all rows and columns not containing data (lines 100-on, and columns AZ-on). I also had accidently formatted one whole column with currency. So the file in Explorer is now almost 4 megs, and will not open, at all. I need to get this data back as it took me almost 3 hours to create it.

    Please help.

What happens when you try to open this file? A column as Currency would not make a 4mb file. neither would hiding columns/rows. Something else is going on.. I suspect it is corrupted for an unknown reason.

    More details, please.
