Locking Check Boxes to Columns

Hi,

can anyone please advise me how I can lock a series of check boxes to the columns they are situated on. (as they appear to be overlapping)

What I have is a shopping list where the user clicks a check box against the item(s) they require. The checked boxes are in column ‘C’ and linked to the to the relevant cells in column ‘F’ using LinkedCell in the properties and each cell is locked (TRUE) in the properties field.

However when I use a filter on Column ‘G’ to select items selected i.e. using the formula =IF(F11=FALSE,0,1) the resulting display shows the check boxes overlapping – please see attached screen dump

Any help to resolve this would be of great assistance and appreciated very much
