I have 300 pages in an excel document which need to be double sided and bound
into a a publication. I need to mirror the pages so they have the same
margin on both left and right depending where they fall in the document. Can
anyone help please?

Hi
File / Page Setup / Margins......set left and tight margins to equal amounts.
You might also try ticking the centering check boxes.

Hi Michael
Our print department mentioned centering would be better as well, could you
explain how this would be better? I imagined that it would make the left
margin smaller than the right margin and look a bit off centre once the
document has been bound.
In Microsoft Word, there is a setting to mirror the margins and the program
calculates for you which pages need to be right aligned and left aligned.
Appreciate your help!!
Kind regards

You may find it less troublesome in the long run to use MS Word, or another wordprocessing/publishing programme.
Hi Shazza
You're correct in assuming that it would make the left smaller than the right.
However,by centering your sheets you will ensure that everything is captured
on the page.
If all pages are identical, then you could set your margins without
centering, print the first page and then go from there.
If there is any doubt go back to the centering method.
You could also look at your printer options. Some printers allow for
printing of bound documents.
