divide a no. in a column percentage wise

I have in cell A1=300 A2=200 A3=100
Then in cell B1 I have 200
Now I won’t to divide this 200 from B1 in column “A” percentage wise. That means that A1 should be =400 A2 should be =266.66 and A3 should be =133.33
