Numlock problem??

    Exclamation Numlock problem??

    I think I held a key down too long and now I can't enter numbers - it enters the symbols instead. Also I cannot select an individual cell. I saw something that said "destination formatting"

    Anybody know what happened??

    Is it possible you turned on some "Accessibility" option by holding down a key for an extended period?

    Try exiting and restarting Excel to see if that fixes it.

    I've tried the accesibily put it doesn't seem to fix it. This apparently isn't excel specific.

    Thanks for the suggestion though, any other ideas?
