Select list?

Hello.

Is it possible to do an select list in Excel. Much like the select list that are in webforms where you can choose one of a number of predefined values?

Have a look at Data, Validation
you can use this to limit values in a cell according to various criteria - one of which is to limit values to a list. This will also give you a drop down button so values can be selected from the list rather than having to be typed in.
