I have a spreadsheet in which column A contains a time (entered by the user with validation rules applied). Columns B & C contain the persons names and the next seven columns contain the worked hours per day followed by the total hours for the week.
Hope that bit makes sense!
Because of differing pay rates (based on the shift times in column A) I want to use conditional formatting to highlight all hours worked after 1400 hours.
I have searched the help files but everything seems to rely purely on the data in the cell which has the conditional format applied to. Is it possible to use an "IF" statement with conditional formatting or something similar, please?
Answers in simple english, please, I'm still a novice at this!!
