Goal Seek - IS there a Formula ALternative?

Hello,
Is it possible to create a formula instead of using goal seek.

The 3 varibles of Goal Seek are:
"Set Cell'
"To Value"
"By Changing Cell"

With the "Set Cell" and "By Changing Cell" feilds you select a cell from your worksheet. However the "To Value" cell only lets you type in a number.

Is it possible to have a formula where you can just type a value into a cell in the work sheet itself and then have Excel goal seek the values?
