Adjusting size of graph title box

Hi
How do I change the size of a graph's Y-axis title box?
I have a rather long title and the box is too small, and currently it does not show the whole title.
Going into Format Title Axis doesn't seem to help...
Also, is there a way to have the title to be on two lines instead of one long line?

Any help would be appreciated!
