Multiple X variables and 1 Y variable - Graph???

Hello.

I have a data set of 5 variables and 1500 observations for each variable.

Excel allows me to plot one X axis variable and the remaining four variables on the Y axis.

But, I want the reverse.

Only one variable on the Y axis (price) and 4 different X variables (Supply Quantity)

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
