    Smile Global edit

    Hi there

It's nearly midnight and my daughter has just given me a problem on her school coursework:-

She has data in 9 columns, and 8 blocks of 20 rows. In 4 of the columns (B.D,F,& H) the cell values are 100 times too large.

eg cell value is 12.300 and it should be 0.123

Is there a quick way of globally changing (ctrl select, copy and pasting formula?)without laboriously editing each individual cell. I've tried a couple of things unsuccessfully, but my brain is not working, too much red wine and I need my beauty sleep.

    Thanks

I've fixed it, it was a simple case of copying the whole worksheet to another worksheet, applying a simple formula, and copying it to the relevant columns.

(note: red wine is not condusive to resolving excel problems!)
