I have inserted a backround picture but it tiles the picture I want to have
one picture and be able to print it off.

ok that showed me that it can be done but it doesnt help me a whole lot
because it doesnt show how he did that and i need to know how to do it not
just that it can be done but thanx if you could send me a discription of what
he did that would help me out a lot thanx

yes it showed me that it is possible but it didnt show me how to do it myself
so if you could send me a step by step on how to actually do that i would
greatly apperitiate it thanx

It looks like Ron used WordArt (an icon on the WordArt
commandbar--View|toolbars|Wordart) and made it 50% transparent.
But Ron also used a macro to add it to lots of pages.
If you look at the macro, you can see what he did.
