There is a guy at work that wants to have a local copy of a .xls file on his machine and when he updates it on his local machine he wants it not only to save on his machine but also on a mapped drive... he doesn't want to use a shortcut on his desktop to the mapped drive and just do it that way.. is there anyway in excel to save a .xls you are working on in 2 different locations when you hit the save button???
