Lightbulb Track and Trap duplicates in a form

Looking for recommendation on best method to track and trap duplicate forms generated in Excel.

Staff procedure for utilization of the form currently does not allow for this, which has recently resulted in dispatching four units to the same supplier, at three different timeslots.
All of them for the purpose of transporting the same load of goods.

I have looked into change tracking and history but I am not confident that this is the preferred method. I would rather seek advice from others more knowledgeable on the subject.

Can anyone offer advice in this case ...?
Would be most appreciative for sound guidance here.

    Hi!

Really looks as though you need a consultant, not a news group.
