Macro & Enter Questions

Right

Firstly when my spreedsheet opens it has the enable or disable macros option come up before it opens. I dont have any macros in my spreadsheet.

Anyway I can stop this?

I think it may be cause i was experimenting with command buttons but didnt use them in the end.

Secondly, when i enter into a cell and then press return it moves down in stead of across. Any one know how i get it to move across instead of down?

any ideas on the macro problem?

i fixed the enter problem

also i have selected a range of cells on a spreadsheet as a list

and then used that list as a drop down menu else where

except when you use the drop down menu it starts halfway down the list and not at the top

anyone got anyideas how to fix this?
