    Text Help

I have a spreadsheet that has text in five cells in five different rows I am trying to merge all the text into each cell. When the text was originally typed into the spreadsheet they did a hard return after each sentence.

I now what to merge all the next into one cell so I can drag it out and use less space on the sheet.

    Thanks so much!
This is what it looks like?
(cell A219)Occasionally, the Company makes advances to its sole stockholder that do
(cell A220) not bear interest. These advances are included in Accounts Receivable
(cell A221) in the accompanying balance sheet as the stockholder intends to
(cell A222) reimburse the Company in the future.

    Merge With Concatenation

The easiest solution is using the '&' operator

    Try '=A219&A220&A221&A222'

You may need to adjust for spaces, but hopefully that helps.
What are you doing in excel?

    ......Playing

    Thanks Ryan!
That was so much better than retyping everything. Just formatting an old spreadsheet for Financials...I love to learn new things in excel...but I am not much of a math wiz!!
