I am trying to modify an excel spreadsheet. In two of the cells of the spreadsheet when I select either cell a small window appears with information a user should enter into the cell. The file was created by another person and I am bemused to how it was done. It isn't a comment field and I have checked to see if there is a macro but there's nothing. I can't find any way to edit this pop-up comment/window. Any help would be appreciated.
