Check > 1 Option Button

Is it possible to check more than 1 option button on a single sheet?

I want to have a number of questions that have a number of possible answers, however I cannot check more than one button.


This is what I want to do:

Question 1: Option Button 1 Option Button 2 Option Button 3

Question 2: Option Button 1 Option Button 2 Option Button 3

Question 3: Option Button 1 Option Button 2 Option Button 3

I could use tick boxes but it isn't possible to control the number of boxes ticked, i.e The user can give more than one answer to each question.

Does anyone have any ideas?

You can place your Option Buttons inside a Group Box; once they are grouped together, only one of the Option Buttons can be selected for the group.
