Excel 2000 problem...

Some how my user name was changed to a different name when I look under help & about Excel. The program runs fine but what I would like to do is to restore th name back to the original. However, prior to this problem, How can I make the insert comment field come up blank without having to erase the user name everytime I inser a comment. I can live with the new name when I see it under "about" but it would be great if I could permanently change the default of the "insert comment" name when I add a comment. Any ideas how to restore the user name or permanently change the default in the comment field.
