Works fine for me in both IE and FireFox. I don't have Netscape
to test.

Check to see if you have proxy settings upset.

Works for me too...
Bill
OMG is this where Chip Pearson, the King of Excel hangs out?!
Granted, this post is 13 years old, but while I've been to cpearson.com thousands of times (and recommended it to 100's), I've never seen His written word off-site.
Are you still around? Has anyone else noticed the King's site has been down for at least three days? My brain refuses to process that information, so I keep forgetting and trying the site repeatedly throughout the day for unrelated reasons.
I can't code without you, Chip!
Chip was a guest here when he posted back in 2005. I am not aware of him being active here at all.
The site in question belongs to him and is registered through until June, so there must be a problem on the server where it resides.

Some sad news, I'm afraid: http://excelmatters.com/2018/04/30/rip-chip-pearson/
Thanks for sharing that, Ali. That's really sad. I knew his pages were down but had no idea that was why!
I don't think he was so old either, I'm pretty certain he was under 50.
I learnt so much from his web pages - a truly mammoth resource for learning.
You can still access most of these pages through the Wayback Machine, but only if you know what you're looking for. It's not really much use for idly browsing.

It would be nice if someone could take these up and just keep them going, but his family must have far more to worry about than that just now ...

I understand that the site is in the process of being resurrected. It's not back yet, but here is some information about the restoration process: https://www.mrexcel.com/forum/lounge...-jot-note.html
Tlhat's excellent news, thank you so much for passing this on. There's work to be done!
Under very sad circumstances, however, with Chip's untimely death.
The site's back up, just tested this morning.![]()
