Automatically Naming a Workbook

I have a template set up that is a simple form. I want to combine 2 cells and use the result as the file name.

C2 = 251102

D3 = 328

Both are text. I want to end up with a file name of 251102.328.xls

I would like for the end user to be able to create a file using this template and when he clicks Save As, it would automatically have the correct file name and all he would have to supply would be the folder.

Any suggestions appreciated. I'm at a loss on how to do this.
