Excel's annoying "Getting Started" dialog box.

Does anyone know how to permanently remove the annoying "Getting
Started/Help" dialog pane that opens up at right hand side of the Excel
window every time I open Excel 2003? I simply do not want it to appear on
    opening Excel.
