Help with Text

Hello all,

My brain isn't working right now and I can't figure this out:

I have a list like as follows:

[x xxxxxxxx]
[xxx xxxxxxxxxxx]
[xx xxxx]
[xxx xxxxx]
ETC...

All different lengths - how do I remove the brackets - I can do an =Mid() to remove the bracket on the left but how do I get rid of the one on the right???

Any suggestions would be wonderful...

Select your cell then go to:
Edit/Replace
Replace What: [
Replace with: leave blank
check Match Case and hit Replace All
repeat for the right bracket.
