creating text files

Hi all

I am looking for away to creat a test file from an excel worksheet. I
tried "Text Write Program-1c" but it dosn't seem to give me the results
I am looking for, the fields don't always drop into place. If anyone
can help I would appreciate it.

What I mean is that the characters don't export themselves in the right
order to the text file.
The characters that mix the file up are from an non english character
set:

30062004||0000000101|=D7=97|000075.00|000000.00
30062004||0000000127|=D7=97|000075.00|000000.00
30062004||0000000102|=D7=97|000075.00|000000.00

the last character should be between the fist set of ||;'s and the
leading and trailing "|" didn't manage to make it into the file at all
