I'm new to this forum & this may have been posted before but can you help me?

Is there an easy way to add a second printer icon to excel?
I want this icon to default to a different network printer I.E. Color Laser

I can add the icon through customizing the tool bar but is always resets it to whatever printer is set as "the default" Windows Printer.

I want to be able to printer to different printers on the network without having to change printers in the print dialog box.

If anyone can help that would be greatly Appreciated.
