Is there an Excel viewer that will work with Windows 98?

    Is there an Excel viewer that will work with Windows 98?

    The latest and only available Excel viewer seems to need a more recent
    version of Windows than my 98 one. Is there a viewer available for me to view
    Excel files? I do not have Excel.
