Help importing file

Hello! I have several files that looks like this:

2004-04-05;12:09:46;Text1;9,4
2004-04-05;12:19:11;Text2;0,1
2004-04-05;12:19:19;Text1;23,4
2004-04-05;12:42:45;Text3;2,2
2004-04-05;12:44:57;Text4;1,7
2004-04-05;12:46:40;Text2;2,1
2004-04-05;12:48:45;Text3;1
2004-04-05;12:49:47;Text1;43,6

I want to import them to excel and make them look lite this:

Text1 Text2 Text3 Text4
9,4 0,1 2,2 1,7
23,4 2,1 1
43,6

is that possible?

The tabs got messed up, hope you understand what i mean.
