You could use the AutoCorrect option in Tools.
Go to tools, AutoCorrect Options.
Under the AutoCorrect tab put 101 under replace and apple under with
now because this is a worksheet and you will use numbers I would recommend making it 101' with the apostrophe at the end so that when you type the number 101 it wont automatically change it.

Thank Anje...
What should I do if I want it convert at the time of input?
NP
Once you put it in AutoCorrect as soon as you type it in the spreadsheet and hit the space bar it will automatically change 101' to apple.![]()
Got it. It works!!! Thank you.
