How delete macros?

Every time I open my excel document, I get a message box the says macros were not enabled b/c they're not signed and you have a high security level, etc etc. I was messing around with them earlier, but how do I get ridd of the macros so that I won't get that message every time? I don't need them, and aren't using any anyway.
