    right-click on the tool bar then select 'control toolbox'. this will put a new selection of buttons up there, click on the one that looks like a checkbox and then click where you want it to go.
    is that what you mean?

    Yep.

    Try showing the Forms toolbar. There's a checkbox and option button on that
    toolbar.

    The control toolbox toolbar also has its own versions of these, too.
