Filter Table Column based on a cell value

Hello,

I have a filter set for columns in a table. I am looking to see if I can filter a column based on a value in a cell.

In the example attached, I am looking to auto filter column D based on the value of G1.

I was trying to create a Macros, but that didn't work.

I appreciate any help.
