Welcome to the forum.
There are no numbered list formatting options in Excel. You can only doing this manually by adding a carriage return (ALT+ENTER) and adding FOUR space characters at the start of the new line.

Note also that if you are using a proportional font, then 4 spaces may not be the same length as a digit, full-stop and 2 spaces, although they both have 4 characters.
