How do I remove the Minus sign

I'm working on a spread sheet for my work that allows us to calculate schedule adherence (how closely we are following our breaks and lunches etc...) My formula is working perfectly, but there is a Minus Sign (-) before the percent. So, if I get 95% its showing -95%. I have searched and search on how to make this a positive number, but I'm finding nothing that works. I would really appreciate any help with this.

Was going to suggest the ABS function, but I see TMS has done so already.

I am working on a spreadsheet that will help my coworkers with keeping up with their clock-in/out times as well as the codes we are using for the times. I have searched YouTube videos and Google help pages and there are a couple of things that I just can not get it right.

* There is a drop down list in column C (the list is listed out of sight for now in A100)
I need what I think is a VBA Code so that if the word "System" is selected in column C, there is a pop up box that simply says "Don't forget to submit your system time in Genesys". I have tried so many different methods and I haven't found anything that works.

* There is a button in Red Font below the box that says "Clear Entire Day". I am trying to make a pop up question that says, "You are about to clear all entries for the entire day. This can not be undone. Are you sure you want to proceed?" with a yes or no option.

I am new to the Macro world and any help with these 2 things would be greatly appreciated. I'm at an end on how to make this work.
