Lookiking for conditinal fomat based on the cell referance
Hi All,
I am working on a report where the operations are listed in the header of the row I have lookup the current operation number in C4 cell which is linked to the daily report which will be updated.
I just want to highlight the cell based on the range

Green rule: =$C4>D$3
Yellow rule: =$C4=D$3
