Grouping Rows

Hi,

On my sheet, I am going to have about 30/35 separate categories (shown in red on the attached sheet). I am looking for a way to hide the rows within each category until I need to look at them, then click on a button to display/hide the relevant rows.

I tried using the Group functionality but the "+" button to display the rows is always at the bottom of the group.

Is there a way to reverse this to have the "+" button at the top of the group, or is there another way of achieving my goal?

In the Group and Outline Settings, you can change the Direction of the Summary rows to be "above detail" by unchecking the "Summary rows below detail" checkbox.

I'm not familiar with Excel for Mac, but found a post by Riny_van_Eekelen on another forum outlining where these settings can be found:
