DOB to Birthday and exported to Outlook Calendar

Hey all,

I have a list of employees date of births (m/d/yyyy) that I want to export into my Outlook Calendar.
When taking my current list and following the steps to import into Outlook, it creates the birthday event on their actual date of birth, ie back in 1984 lol.
How would I go about getting this as a reoccurring annual event for birthday reminders for my team?

Examples of DOB's in my Excel file:
10/22/1984
3/26/2004
10/10/1997
12/6/1998
9/2/1973
7/2/1972
10/10/1968
8/14/1990
8/5/1971
12/21/2002
9/24/1966
