    Attendance Formula

    Hi,

I need formula for the Late and Undertime per Minute with 15 Minutes Grace Period. If time in is 9:15 it would be 0 late
while if time in is 9:16 it would be 16 minutes late.

For example: The schedule of the employee is 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Time in: 9:46 = what formula can I use to derive to 46 minutes late.

    Thank you very much!

Alternatively, =IF(A2="","",IF(A2<=TIME(9,15,0),0,A2-TIME(9,0,0))), format cell in "h:mm:ss".

Or, =IF(A2="","",IF(A2<=TIME(9,15,0),0,A2-TIME(9,0,0)))*1440, showing minutes in General cell formatting.
