Remove Line Through Uncalculated Cells

I resorted to setting my Excel defaults to calculate manually several months back due to a large workbook which takes a while to calculate on my slow pc.
I've noticed now that when I make changes my formula cells now have a strike through line in them until I manually calculate the workbook.
I don't know how this started but it's new and I can't figure out where to turn this off.
I'm hoping it's not a new Microsoft feature that can't be bypassed because I find it very annoying.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That appears to be the issue, I have no idea how that option even got checked.
