I know how to create a dropdown with ALL the employees, but I need to create a dropdown with ONLY those employees who happen to be drivers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is much better to attach an Excel file to your post than a screen shot. Then we don't have to type in your data, and we can return a file that has a solution implemented.
Let's say your table name is Table3.
Pick an out-of-the-way cell to put this formula. Let's say G1:
Formula:

Now use this as a data validation rule with a list:
