Problems importing simple data table to Excel via API

Hi,

I need to create a workbook that imports a table through an API that can easily be updated. I consider myself being fluent in Excel but admittedly skipped the class that covered PowerQuery. As a result, I’m at a loss when importing data from public APIs to Excel. Having spent several hours of trial and error all my attempts have been unsuccessful.

It might be too much to ask, but please, for the love of God, can somebody help me out here?

Attached is an Excel file with two sheets that have the API information and the result I try to acheive:

BONUS:
If someone has any good recommendation for learning PowerQuery and APIs in Excel I would happily accept.
