How to fill in colour cells according to criteria of dates?

I am working on the file "classeur 1".

On the tab "MPP Position count", I have the source of data.

On the tab "MPP Position count_e", I want to show the result.

For example, the line 2 shows the project Director with a demobilization on 30-mars-2028. But on the range cell, the green filled part stops on 30-january-2028. I would like to fill in green the cell until march 2028.

I would like to generalize the idea for the range cell AR1:CY257.
