I am trying to set a conditional format to higlight the A:F when a text is being entered in F column.
See attached. I already set the conditional format but it only highlight the cell in F.

Hi.
In Conditional Formatting, select Manage rules,
Then double click the rule you have created.
Then select "Use a formula to determine which cells must be formatted".
Then use this formula in the box "Format values in which this formula is true":
=$F1="text", and press OK
Then, in the "Applies to" box, enter this:
=$A:$F
Good luck!
Don't apply CF to whole columns that are 6 millions cellsThen, in the "Applies to" box, enter this:
=$A:$F
use therefore
![]()
=$A$1:$F$100
