I have a daily sales plan for a month. I need to compare the daily sales plan with the actual sales, and if the actual sales are less than the daily plan, I need to create a new revised plan using a specific formula. I have attached the file for your consideration.

First, there is a week's worth of "Actual" sales missing - so required daily target is incorrect - plus there is no explanation of the logic behind the daily targets.
